NEUAURA is happy to accept returns/exchanges on unworn merchandise in their original packaging within 30 days of customer receipt date. Before sending product an RTV (Return to Vendor) number must be obtained from NEUAURA. Please see below for details.  If shoes are bought using a special promotion code, please check the email where you received the promotion code for Returns & Exchange policy.  We will indicate in the email is All Sales Are Final.  If we do not indicate it, then please refer to below.

All products must be unworn and in their original packaging and with all tags attached (if applicable). The original shoebox must be included in original, resalable condition without shipping labels, tape or other writing. All original packing materials within the shoebox must be included as well. Please use an outer carton to preserve the shoebox. If shoebox is not in original condition a charge will be assessed to the customer at NEUAURA’s discretion. If a returned item appears to have been used, the customer will be contacted to assess the return/exchange. We will grant a full refund, store credit, or exchange on any unused item within the allotted time frame after inspection to ensure that item(s) can be resold. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

To return a product, contact NEUAURA via email at info@neuaurashoes.com for an RTV number. The following information should be included on the email message and on a note inside the shoebox with the returned item(s):
